Privacy Policy
This policy explains the data used to operate the Orvyno AI public test.
Data we process
We process account details, authentication records, prompts, generation settings, reference uploads, generated results, task state, credit ledger entries, security signals, and product events needed to provide the service.
AI providers and subprocessors
Prompts and the minimum required media are sent to the configured generation provider to complete a request. We do not send full prompts or private media to product analytics or error tracking. Provider handling remains subject to its own terms and data policy.
Storage and retention
Uploads and generated results are stored in private object storage. Database records are retained for account history, security, credit reconciliation, and support. Provider output URLs are treated as temporary and are archived before being shown as completed.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, device and browser information, approximate location, and product usage. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not send prompts, reference media, generated results, email addresses, or signed asset URLs to analytics.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting privacy@orvyno.ai. Some ledger and security records may be retained where legally required.
Security
Private assets use short-lived, authorized URLs. Provider and infrastructure secrets stay on the server. No internet service is risk-free; report suspected issues to security@orvyno.ai.
