Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Orvyno AI public-test release.
Public-test service
The service is provided for evaluation and may change, pause, or remove features. Starter credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be limited to prevent abuse.
Your inputs and results
You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. You are responsible for having permission to use every image, face, voice, brand, prompt, and other source. Rights in generated results depend on applicable law and the configured model terms.
Service limits
Generation is probabilistic and may fail, be delayed, or differ from a prompt. A failed task releases its reserved platform credits, but the public test does not promise uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Account security
Keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected compromise. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, unauthorized automation, interference, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
